General Troubleshooting
1. VPN Settings:
• Disable Any Built-in or Personal VPNs:
Some issues may be caused by active VPN connections. Please turn off any built-in or personal VPNs on your device.
• Activate a VPN (if not already active):
If you do not currently use a VPN, try activating one, as this can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
2. Clear Cache and App Data:
• Go to your Firestick App Settings and select the app.
• Click on Clear Cache and Clear Data to remove any temporary files that may be causing the issue.
3. Force Close/Exit the App:
• Navigate to the Firestick App Settings.
• Select the app and choose Force Stop to close it completely. Then, reopen the app to see if the issue is resolved.
4. Reinstall the App (As a Last Resort):
• If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please reinstall the app using Downloader with the code provided.
