Connection Limits
Issues such as movies, series & LIVE TV – pausing, restarting, or not functioning properly may occur if you attempt to watch on more devices than your available connections allow.
- Single Connection: If your plan includes a single connection, you can only watch on one device at a time.
- Multiple Connections: If your plan includes two or more connections, you can watch on multiple devices simultaneously, such as a TV and a mobile device.
Attempting to exceed the number of devices allowed by your connection limit will result in interruptions to streaming.
Adding Extra Connections
You can add extra connections at any time to expand your ability to watch on multiple devices. Simply contact us and let us know how many additional connections you’d like to add.
