Changing my username

If you need to change your Ultra Cast username, the process is similar to changing your password. Please follow the steps below to request a username change.

Step 1: Contact Us

To begin the process of changing your username, reach out to us directly using one of the following contact methods:

• WhatsApp: Use our WhatsApp contact number, which you should already have.
• Email: If you don’t have access to WhatsApp, email us at [email protected] and request a username change.

Step 2: Request Username Change

When contacting us, please specify that you’d like to change your username. Additionally, make sure to provide your new username, which must be in email format (e.g., [email protected]). Usernames are required to follow this format for security and system compatibility.

Step 3: Wait for the Update

Once we receive your request, we will begin processing the change. The update may take 12-24 hours to complete. You will be notified once your new username has been successfully applied.
