Can I Get Subtitles?

The availability of subtitles depends on the type of content you’re watching:

Live TV

Subtitles for live TV are entirely dependent on the broadcaster. If subtitles are available, they are embedded into the broadcast stream by the source. Unfortunately, if the broadcaster does not provide subtitles for a specific channel or program, it is not possible for us to add them.

Movies or Series

For on-demand content like movies or series, subtitles may be available depending on the title. To check and enable subtitles:

  1. While the content is playing, press pause on your remote.
  2. When the on-screen options appear, select the ‘CC’ (Closed Caption) icon.
  3. Choose your preferred subtitle language from the list (if available).

If subtitles are not available for a specific movie or series, it means they are not included by the content provider.
