Buffering

If you’re experiencing buffering while using the app, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure your device is connected to a stable and fast internet connection.
  • Run a speed test to confirm your connection meets the recommended speed for streaming (at least 30 Mbps for HD content, 50Mbps for FHD).
  • Restart your router or modem if needed.

2. Close Unused Apps

  • Too many apps running in the background can affect performance.
  • Close unused apps to free up system resources.

3. Clear App Cache

  • Clearing the app’s cache can resolve many playback issues.
  • Go to your device’s settings, find the app, and select “Clear Cache.”

4. Adjust Streaming Quality

  • Lowering the playback quality can help reduce buffering if your internet speed is limited.
  • Access the app’s settings and select a lower resolution, such as 720p or SD.

5. Restart Your Device

  • A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches.
  • Power down your device, wait a few moments, and restart it.

6. Check Server Status

  • Buffering can sometimes occur due to server-side issues.
  • Contact your IPTV provider to confirm if there are any ongoing server problems.

7. Use a Wired Connection (If Possible)

  • For devices that support it, connect directly to your router using an Ethernet cable for a more stable connection.

8. Use the Built-In VPN (if applicable)

  • If your app has a built-in VPN, enable it to bypass ISP throttling or regional restrictions.
  • Choose a server closest to your location for optimal performance.

9. Reinstall the App

  • If none of the above works, uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • Make sure you have the latest version for the best performance.
