App not loading?
If your app isn’t loading, there could be several reasons, most of which can be resolved with simple steps:
- Restart the App or Device:
- Fully close the app by force closing it, or restart your device.
- This often resolves loading issues.
- App Stuck on Intro and Returning to Firestick Main Menu:
- If the app loads the intro but returns to the Firestick home screen, this is an easy fix.
- An app update was released several months ago to resolve this issue.
Solution:
- Use the Downloader code provided to download the latest app version.
- No need to uninstall the old version; the new download will update the app and resolve the issue.
- Last Resort – Delete and Reinstall the App:
- If the above steps don’t work, delete the app from your device.
- Re-download it using the instructions provided to ensure you have the latest version.
