App not loading?

If your app isn’t loading, there could be several reasons, most of which can be resolved with simple steps:

1. Restart the App or Device:
   • Fully close the app by force closing it, or restart your device.
   • This often resolves loading issues.
2. App Stuck on Intro and Returning to Firestick Main Menu:
   • If the app loads the intro but returns to the Firestick home screen, this is an easy fix.
   • An app update was released several months ago to resolve this issue.

   Solution:

   • Use the Downloader code provided to download the latest app version.
   • No need to uninstall the old version; the new download will update the app and resolve the issue.
3. Last Resort – Delete and Reinstall the App:
   • If the above steps don’t work, delete the app from your device.
   • Re-download it using the instructions provided to ensure you have the latest version.
