Troubleshooting Audio Problems on Ultra Cast

Common Causes:

What You Can Do:

1.Check Your Device Settings

•Since audio problems are usually device-related, you may need to adjust the audio settings on your device. This could include settings within your TV, sound system, or any connected speakers.

2.Reset the Volume in Ultra Cast

•There’s a simple fix that could resolve audio loss.

•Open the Ultra Cast app on your device.

•Go to Settings, then select Other Settings.

•Click on Reset Volume.

•After resetting, check your volume settings again to see if this resolves the issue.
