Changing my password
If you need to change your Ultra Cast password, the process is simple and can be done by contacting our support team. Follow the steps below to request a password change:
Step 1: Contact Us
To begin the process of changing your password, reach out to us directly using one of the following methods:
- WhatsApp: Use our WhatsApp contact number, which you should already have.
- Email: If you don’t have access to WhatsApp, email us at [email protected] and request a password change.
Step 2: Request Password Change
When you contact us, please specify that you’d like to change your password. Our support team will then initiate the password change process.
Step 3: Wait for the Update
Once we have received your request, it may take 12-24 hours for the password change to be processed and completed. We will notify you once your new password is ready.
Step 4: Store Your New Password
For security reasons, all passwords are randomly generated. Once your password has been changed, be sure to store it in a safe place. We recommend using a password manager to keep your credentials secure.
