Channel/Movie/Series not loading?
If you’re having trouble loading channels, movies, or series, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Report the Issue
- If channels, movies, or series are not working, report the issue directly to us.
- Provide details about the specific channel, movie, or series, so we can address it quickly.
2. Change the Player Settings
- Some content may require specific codecs to function properly.
- You can switch between players in the app’s settings:
- Go to Settings > Player.
- Swap from EXO Player to VLC Player, or vice versa.
- Test different players to see which works best for the content you’re trying to load.
